SDCE s.r.o., the operator of the sabrecz.com website, declares that it will protect this data from misuse and comply with the rights and obligations regarding the processing of this data provided by the user.

We comply with both the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and No. 127/2005 Coll., and, effective May 25, 2018, also with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the “GDPR.”

Personal Data Collected Automatically

The sabrecz.com web server automatically processes and stores data about visits to the site. This data is collected using: web server logs and Google Analytics. The automatically collected data includes the time of the visit, time spent on the site, IP addresses, information about the operating system and browser, and geolocation information based on network data. This information cannot be used to identify a specific individual. However, in most cases, it is possible to identify the computer from which the website was accessed. Our company uses this automatically collected information to evaluate website traffic and optimize its operations.

Data for Advertising Systems

SDCE s.r.o. does not use any method of data aggregation intended for advertising systems, either for its own purposes or for the purposes of third parties.

Storing Data on the User’s Computer

Our website, sabrecz.com, stores data on the user’s computer (known as “cookies”), and when the user visits the site again, it can read and modify this data. Cookies may be essential (system) cookies necessary for the website to function, or they may be third-party cookies.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

SDCE s.r.o. backs up user data in case of loss. These backups are retained for as long as is strictly necessary for system operation.

Personal Data Security

Data transmission uses only secure websites with HTTPS, SSH, and SFTP protocols. Data is stored in a private cloud. The secure protocol ensures that data is encrypted during transmission, thereby preventing its misuse if the communication is intercepted.

HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is primarily used for communication between a web browser and a web server. It ensures authentication, confidentiality, and integrity of the transmitted data. A certificate is required to use HTTPS. The level of security depends on user behavior, the implementation of protocols in the web browser and web server, proper configuration, and the trustworthiness of certification authorities. SDCE s.r.o. uses HTTPS by default, in conjunction with TLS.
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is a cryptographic protocol. It is more secure than the older SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. GetReady uses TLS by default.

GDPR and Data Security

In the event of a data breach, the controller must, under the GDPR, report the breach to the supervisory authority within 72 hours, if possible. The report must include, among other things, a description of the measures the controller has taken or proposed to take

How to Exercise Your Rights

  • You have the right to access your personal data, that is, to obtain confirmation from the data controller or data processor as to whether or not your personal data is being processed; if so, you have the right to access that data and other specific information
  • You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you may request that incomplete personal data be supplemented.
  • You have the right to have your personal data erased in the cases specified by law
  • You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in cases specified by law
  • You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit your personal data to another controller
  • You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to such withdrawal.
  • You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that a data controller or data processor is processing your personal data without authorization or is otherwise violating your rights.
